Easy Blueberry Crumble Recipe

This is my family's favorite dessert recipe. They demand it at least once a week. Thank you for sharing this!

Turned out delicious! I used thawed berries and fresh chopped apple. I had no corn starch so I used fine corn flour for thickening. Mixed almond flour with some whole wheat, also used an empty butter tub to make the crumble so the fat amount was very minimal, not a even a tablespoon. Added one tablespoon jaggery (“healthy” Indian brown cane sugar) in the mix and half tablespoon for crumble. Total less than two TBSP added sugar and barely half TBSP butter. Added leftover crumbs/powder from walnuts jar. End result is healthy and delicious for my taste. Almond flour gave flavorful crumble. 45 min. bake time at 350-360d. I’ll use the recipe to make a fruit pie filling.
