Love your recipes! I'm going to make the Bon-Bons and put a little dollop of ChocZero Strawberry Jam in the middle of them when I shape them!

You can make your own vanilla. It's super easy. Just put vanilla beans in either vodka or bourbon. I don't buy expensive alcohol. Also Beanilla is the best place to buy the beans. It takes a couple of months before it's ready. But you will have a fifth of vanilla once it's done.

A little tip I've found. I don't use powdered sugar enough to buy a separate thing of it so I use my monkfruit, put it in a coffee grinder and "poof" powdered sugar.

Hi Kristi. I've made 4 batches of the Bon Bons since you posted. I love them. I used the exact brand and measurements as you on all ingredients. I ran the recipe through a nutritional calculator today and it said that each Bon Bon was 13 net Carbs. I was shocked. For some reason I thought they were about 2-3. 😢

Wow, you’ve really succeeded at adjusting your need for sweetness…the cream cheese and natural PB alone was not good to me, it was so bland and too “cheesy” tasting. I added a tablespoon of powdered lankato and it made a huge difference. That is the only thing I would change about this recipe…delicious and thanks for sharing❤️

I make the bon bons often, but I use unsweetened baker chocolate and I use that Smuckers pb, but I use crunchy!!
