Is it usually that the shocks will wear out before the springs? I'm curious if it's possible I could get away with just replacing the shocks on my 2001

Final lower shock bolt torque should be done with the wheels on the ground. The bushing will be twisted slightly if torqued in the air as the arm is at a vastly different angle in that position.

Any issues with ground clearance on pulling the shock out if I have the car up on jack stands in the garage and not on a pro's lift?

Also, if the car has a rear facing, 3rd row, flip up seat, you have to remove the whole 3rd row seat which includes seat belt harness attachments, etc. Not as easy as this video shows.
