This is a good example of why you should always think for yourself and not just blindly follow the advice of the gurus and experts no matter how much you may love them. Because what is good for them in their situation might not be good for you in your situation.

Exactly. Just rent an apartment and you’ll own absolutely nothing for the rest of your life meanwhile the apartments raises the price and there’s nothing you can do about it except find a new apartment and start the cycle all over again. Real smart
