This is probably the most underrated channel I've honestly seen on youtube. I just don't understand why he doesn't have more subscribers, especially through the science based athletes. I'm almost leary of what he says due to his suscription count and how long he's been doing it but ive seen multiple studies that prove what he says all the time. It doesn't make any sense why this channel has not grown, do he or the company have a more of a main channel I've been missing?

Dr, here lies my question...I have been looking at forums asking around and have not been able to get an answer or data....is related to diet bodybuilding /fitness and not having anymore a gallbladder...I have reduced carbs because I have to, but I cant raise up fats because it will upset my stomach ...how can you deal with this base on data.

This cycling is a superb smart approach! Also I'd like to ask that at the bulking phase what do you think the ideal eating window could be? Other sources I've got that 12 hours is still good to have without food. Even what's your take on consuming a protein shake before bed during this mass phase?

Doc, can you do an episode on minimizing the negative effects of long term ketogenic diets? Namely, electrolyte balance and bone density, which apparently both get messed up on keto, as well as anything else you know about it. For those of us who prefer the diet, it would be helpful to know how to stay truly healthy on this diet and minimize common deficiencies, etc.
