"Breakfast - the most important meal of the day" is an ad from cereal brands...

So forcing myself to eat breakfast all those years could have been a bad idea... Thanks society...

EDIT: Yes, i know breakfast is the first meal to break my fast but the video is referring to eating the moment you wake up and you "don't" have to eat when you first wake up as society was telling me i should when i didn't feel like it.
P.S. I keep getting messages telling me the same thing over and over again, I gotcha

Intermitting fasting is really a game changer, but it requires great discipline. At the start of this year I had 396 pounds, I lost about 40 pounds with just walking every day for 7-8 miles, but at some point, after a few months I was stuck. I didn't gain weight, but I didn't drop any either. Then I started with intermitting fasting and everything else is history. I am at 284 pounds right now, so I lost 112 pounds in about 12 months time. It's a great feeling.

I've been doing this for years. It's the easiest way to maintain a low body fat percentage and still feel satisfied and eat delicious food. Also, everything tastes at least twice as good after fasting for 16+ hours 😍

I've always done what feels right to me. I've rarely eaten between 8PM and 12 noon. I'm 58 and have easily maintained my highschool weight of 175 lbs, my whole life. Only recently have I heard about IF and its benefits. Don't eat if you're not hungry.

I would love to see a Netflix series with Terry teaching about health, he would be great at it!

I started IF on May 28 2020 and as of today 7/02/20, I have lost 22 lbs. Feel great, never hungry, tired or weak. It is my new way of life.

Today I learnt I've been doing this for years without even knowing, by sleeping in till 2pm and being lazy lol

Ditto! I'm 54 and finally have the body I've always wanted. I'm intermittent fasting, doing keto, eating lots of protein and working out in a fasted state. I'm literally never hungry.

It's not about skipping breakfast, but pushing it until your eating window

I’ve been doing it about 5 months. I’ve lost 60 lbs and feel great. More energy less aches and pains and my digestive system is performing much better. I also cut out as much sugar as possible. Not just a diet for me but a change of lifestyle. It’s easy

It’s called breakfast because it literally means breaking the fast which can be at any time you like so even if your first meal is at 2pm your still having breakfast because well yes you guessed it your breaking the fast 😎

Thank you Terry! People, I saw this video 8 weeks ago and have been fasting for 6 weeks and dropped my weight from 197 to 187 and feel amazing. My blood glucose has dropped from 170 to 100. I take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar at night will dropped my morning bg spikes. I watched some videos on Dr Jason Fung to understand the biological aspects of the life style and it makes perfect sense. The first week was very difficult, but now I have no problems going from 8:00 pm to 12:30. On the weekends, I go from 7:00 to 1:30.

I’ve been doing this for about a year and a half and it works. I don’t work out in the gym, but I cycle almost every day, and I feel as fit now (49) as I’ve ever felt.
