The pounds you've lost/gained can be due to water and your hormones it's completely normal for it to fluctuate both ways!!! Don't get down on yourself if you suddenly stop losing weight or gain a few pounds I think the during the average menstrual cycle ppl lose/gain the same 5-7lbs

Sugar doesn't makes you fat... That's a common misconception. If you gain weight, it's because you ate more than your body's energy needs. And sugary things are often high in calories that's why it can make gain weight if you eat too much and additionally to your calories intake. But sugar itself isn't making gain weight. It's like every food, has to be eaten moderately. There's no thing as bad food that makes fat that's a lie from diet culture. If you lost weight, that's probably water, not fat. If you eat more carbs/sugar than lipids and proteins your body will keep water easily. And water weigh a lot actually. There's molecules in carbs that makes water retention easier and that's why people say carbs and sugar makes you fat but that's q complete misconception. I'm actually very underweight and be eating a lot of sugary stuff and i never gained weight or never was overweight... I just eat them moderately and respect my calorie intake. That's all

You should probably eat lots of fruits that are rich in glucose since your body naturally needs glucose for energy
