i have been using inositol ( in a high dosage ) for sleep, did wonders for me

I will also recommend doing a meditation before sleep. My fitbit versa 4 show ~20 min of more deep sleep when I meditate before sleep.

Bryan Johnson is only in his 40s and having trouble sleeping. I slept 8 hours every night until I was about 74 and was bit by a spider and now having some trouble sleeping as well at 80 years old. That's me in the picture. Nobody knows my age and I'm now a follower of Dr. David Sinclair of Harvard anti-research on YouTube. I grew up on a river on a farm in the 40s, 50s, and 60s with fish and lots of vegs to eat and not a big one for sweets in my life, but everything else. Don't get me wrong. I like Bryan Johnson's YouTube ideas. They are good as well as those ideas of Sinclair's.
