I didn't realize how tight my hips were really until I started this journey. I always feel lighter in my body at the end, like I let go of a weight I didn't realize I had - it's literally the best after a long work day. Thank you for making this practice - and I look forward to seeing my progress at the end of the month! (My right side is almost to the floor, but when I go to my left side, I'm practically standing. 🤣)

Thor is lovely!! He should join in more often! It's amazing how different my right and left side are but I'm glad to say I felt a difference towards the last downward dog. It's been a lot of fun. See you tomorrow for Day 5. Day 4 in!!🎉

Day 4 felt really satisfying, I was surprised to see I can already go deeper in a lot of the stretches! The low lunge variation is still a challenge, I really feel it on the front of my knees

This practice has been fantastic for my tight hamstrings. It was great to see Thor! We hear so much about him but rarely see him 😊

I seem to have an affinity for yogis that are adorable dog owners.

Also when you’re like: “you can go deeper if you want” I’m like pfft! I’m 35 and my body does not spread like that in either direction. Haha. I’m so glad to have found your channel! 💙

Day 4 I’m realizing one side is way more tight than the other, but great class! My favorite part is when we get to slipping and sliding with the socks 😭 great class!!❤❤

Feeling sore day 4, and today I understood what hips rolling forward was. It had me sitting there like 😳 that’s what’s she’s been talking about Your companion Thor looks like the sweetest boi ☺️💕

The Spongebob reference brought me so much joy 😂 I feel great! I can already see the progress I made with my flexibility and it’s only Day 4! I’m excited to finish and see where I will end 😊

I almost gave up, but I didn’t. Another day done and I’m glad I did it. I loved meeting Thor, doing new stretches and enjoyed the SpongeBob reference. This was definitely a workout!
