I just wanted to share, that I have been taking part the past 10 days and noticed a big shift in my depression. I feel like there is so much trauma stored in the hips and these sessions helped the blocking and trauma to be released. Thank you so much Arianna. To me you are the No.1 yoga guide out here. I started realizing the release of some old traumas as I started this journey. After a much needed pause to recollect, I began again today. During the bouncing pigeon I broke out in tears and 3 years into yoga that’s never happened! Thank you for this healing, I’m excited to move forward!

I know yoga is not supposed to be about goals or at least that’s my understanding but I have to say it’s been really helpful for me to see incremental change as I move towards this goal. This daily practice has really lifted my mood. I discovered last year that a daily practice for me was crucial to better mental health and I did it for a while and than I let it all the last three months of last year. It’s been so nice to return this year and to start the first 30 days with you. 🙏🏾

I started this challenge after a long car ride and some very tweaky back pain. I feel so much better!! Excited to have done 10 days and looking forward to the rest. Arianna Elizabeth is amazing as always!

Hey Arianna!❤ I’ve been trying to get my front leg to be a bit straighter when I’m on pigeon pose, but it automatically bends backwards, I was wondering what I could do to improve?
