The way I didn't want to do say six especially when you said time to roll up the mat.. Did it anyway and literally screamed with excitement when I saw how much progress I've made with that portion specifically. Thank you. Thank you🫂

Loved it and love doing this challenge with you ! I would suggest to everyone who needs it to put a pillow under their knee during the sliding parts :) at least mine really hurts being on the ground without it

I absolutely love this challenge, I’ve been teaching for 8 years and can hit a split with no problem but I have naturally tight hamstrings so it’s such a joy to revisit them through this challenge, gratitude for your content per usual ❤
