i feel like i'm already seeing results by day three! definitely nowhere near being able to do the splits, but i usually can't even get close to touching my toes and i can visibly see i'm getting closer now! thank you!

Day 3 done, so glad you remind us to check our breath and if we're keeping tension in our teeth, it helps me figure out the limits of where I should be stretching too, excited for tomorrow!

Loving any minute. My legs feel amazing afterwards. My upper body is a little jealous with this 30 day challenge. Which video would suggest to compliment this challenge?

Definitely enjoying this series so far! thanks very much. I've noticed that my knees and lower back are especially tight. I've found the movement of going from child's pose to cobra a few times and then some cat and cow hips rolls really helps to soften my knees and lower back. Thanks very much for sharing your knowledge!

Day 3 was definitely the hardest day just to reach on the mat this far 😪. I was in my head for the first bit of exercises but when I remembered to breathe it was a bit easier to let it go. Thank you for this challenge... Day 3 done ✔️.
