Thank you so much for the tricks of getting down quickly!
I passed the evaluation this morning at age 42 (male, 5'7", 185 lb in obesity category per the doctor). I used to worry about the 20m RUSH, but I did 36 seconds in the test which surprise me a lot. Of course, I trained myself based on your video for more than 2 weeks, and the result is superb for me.

Hey guys thank you very much for these videos and tips. I passed my FORCE test recently and I did all the exercises you recommended on the videos. It was not easy but I got a good score preparing myself with you.
Now I am going to follow you to be in shape for the BMQ. Let's rock it!!

One thing I do to practice reaching for the line and not getting too close is running towards a wall. I did have some embarrassing accidents but it taught me very quickly.

Update I got 29 seconds on it

Hi,
Regarding the sport test FORCE, does the Recrument center decides for the date or can we chose one date ourselves like for the CFAT and the medical test?

PS : I am applying for the Reserve.
Thanks.

Why would mountain lunges help improve my rushes? Is it to get yourself in the habit of a running start?
