A doctor that openly admits to being wrong in the past is a rare gem. The term doctor actually means teacher and Dr. Boz is an excellent example of the best in that profession!

I have been studying everything keto for over 4 years now, and believe that I have learned more from Dr. Bozworth than from all other sources combined. Indeed, she often provides little pieces of information that results in a much better understanding of things I had previously learned.

Yea! My wife and I did our 1st 36 hour fast. She is still running over 100 in blood surgar I am down to 84 and my ketones show closer to moderate color on the strip. She went for a walk first thing this morning. I have never seen this in our 26 years of marriage. Very cool. I thank God for sending me to your YouTube channel. 1 million thumbs up for Dr. Boz. Thank you. We are planning and sticking to this life style.

I tried the Atkins diet years ago and eventually drifted away. 6mos. (+ or -) ago, I tried the Leto diet again. I didn't do well. I hadn’t prepared well enough. I hadn't studied. This time I'm trying to set myself up for success. I'm morbidly obese, 74, have some trouble with specific word retrieval. Your $297 membership is a little steep for us, but it does sound good. I'd love to be able to ask questions!

At 72 I'm going back on a keto diet. I am very thankful for Dr. Boz and a few others who are proponents of a low carb diet. It has become crucial to my health at this point. Thank you Dr. Boz :)

I read the books by Dr. Boz and on June 20, 2022 started keto. I had tried keto before and failed because I did not measure the things Dr. Boz has you measure in her book. All I can say is wowzer! Only after three days of being on keto by fasting blood sugar has gone from 108 to 93 and I have already lost an inch from my waist. My shin print went from a 3 to a 2 in only three days. Overall I feel better, think more clearly and have more energy. If this is what happens after only three days, I can't wait to see what happens after 30 days of keto!

After watching me drop 90 lbs on keto and IF, and with the help of this exact video, my wife has decided to take the leap and give this lifestyle a try. I grew up eating mostly vegetarian/carbs: Chinese foods, Twinkies, and Ding Dongs. Even though I was a skinny kid, I was sick all the time, and I could barely run a few steps in high school. I went on keto/carnivore when I became pre-diabetic. Today age > 50, my blood work is perfect, my vision is perfect, I can keep up with the 20 something on the Insanity workout, and I can work on my yard morning to night. Removing carbs make a huge difference in my life. My mom used to say that I had all the leftover bad DNA, but it was really the poor eating habits that was ruining my health.

my name is Art i reside in west Tn. i am in stage 4 kidney failure of, my second kidney. i lost my gallbladder last year. it became infected and took time with a drain bag before i could even have my GB removed. unfortunately i had just got onto keto diet and loved it! but i was (i think wrongly informed now) that i could not do keto without GB? I love your channel and just found you by accident. i am watching every video of yours that i can. You have got me excited again. You have given me hope for my insulin resistance, my nerve pai and inflammation! Following your previous videos and some N=1 self-testing I have been doing the following and feel great:
1. Had cut sugar a few months back and added avocados and olive oil to my diet
2. Started replacing fat instead of carbs in my diet in the last three weeks
3. Started taking 1 spoon/day of MCT C8 pure oil for a week, now moving to 3 spoons/day as I did not have any bowl issues
4. Started fasting 16/8 on weekdays and 36 hours fast on Fridays (the first on Good Friday), taking only coffee and a bit of heavy cream (plus water) and 1 spoon of MCT C8 pure oil [ I use the free ZERO app to keep track of fasting, it's so easy and frictionless, highly recommended]
5. Keeping track of sleep and exercise with an Oura ring, highly recommended
My issue is that I do not count calories and am not exercising as much as I should, so I am not losing weight as much as I probably could, but I am fine with that, I am not doing it just to lose weight, my goal is lower inflammation and longevity, and all the other good things I heard from you as well as Dom D'Agostino, Peter Attia et al.
In other words, I'm in for the long run, the objective is to change habits going forward.
I just wish I could get the Fora 6, cannot get it in Italy at the moment, will buy it during my next trip to the US.
Since I'm an engineer, I would not mind getting a CGM monitor such as the Dexcom G6 (just to see what happens in my body as I go through meals/sleeping/traveling etc, I am a geek/nerd after all), but I will leave that for later
Now the tough part will be to convince my wife to follow in my steps, with this latest video you may have just gifted me with a potential great incipit, I will buy the BHB for her and my teenage kids when I come to the US.
Will update, thanks for all your help, your kindness and down-to-earthness makes the journey fun and enjoyable.

Great update on getting started! I so appropriate your flexibility to learn! Two books have greatly effected my live, the Bible and Any Way You Can! I've now purchased 30 paper books and 5 Kindle. I started on 1/6/19 and went off once for 5 days, I won't do that again! My average this morning was 27.9 and will brake my fast when It's below 20. From south central Georgia. Bless ya!
