I have been using HyperKeto for around 4 months now. I'm happy with the product, but I'm not sure if it's for me. For one, I don't know how much of a difference this is making in my weight loss and I am still struggling with my diet, so it might just be a waste of money.

I do a 2 day water fast with no solids.
3rd day in keto.

True... I started feeling keto flu for about a day but then I added electrolytes sodium and other things and felt better .. I also haven’t been eating much since I also try to fast 20hrs a day but I realized recently that I need to eat more so I’ll bump my eating to twice a day .. also people do your research and slowly transition, don’t set yourself up for failure by rushing into it and making all kinds of recipes that makes it hard to keep up with at first .. eggs avocados and lots of veggies was all I ate for the first few weeks and I quickly lost 25lbs

Great advice for GRADUAL induction into keto. Personally, I prefer getting into it quickly even at the expense of the flu, low energy, etc. but this is good for those who don't want to. A better title to this might be "Gradual Keto Induction" or "If you can't tough out typical keto induction."

hi thank you for that straight to the point video. Quick question how do you avoid the keto flu? i did the keto diet for 6 days as a vegetarian no meat fish or eggs with 10% carbs 15% protein and 75% fat and on the 6th day i was throwing up in the morning and felt super weak. So i took a break for a 2 days but i would like to try again but i am afraid of getting those symptoms again. any suggestions?

I used to take and have since discontinued a supplement, M-Drive. Is this 'allowed' in this diet. I don't see carbs or sugars in the ingredients

I have CML (chronic myeologenous leukemia) but my cholesterol levels are also a bit above the normal range. Does the ketogenic diet apply to me?

Is Keto flu a state of depression possibly withdrawal? I also feel hypoglycemic when I try to switch over I already know I have reactive hypoglycemia do you recommend any videos or any books on how to actually get started I will look at your other videos. This one was great thank you.

I am a bit confused. I want to try keto diet because I am hearing it is healthier but it seems designed for people who need to lose weight. I don't I am actaully very skinny. My IMC is 18, 4 I struggle to gain weight. I want to try not necessarily to gain weight be to be healthier. Is keto diet good for me or could it be dangerous ? I have the same question about intermittent fasting.
