Hello, and welcome to 80/20's Tips and Tricks series. Today we'll be taking a look at a helpful tip on how tin install panel gasket. Panel gasket is great for cutting down on noise and vibration in panels, and is easy to install.

So for this portion, we’ll just take a piece of panel gasket that’s a little bit longer than the gap we want to fill. We’ll go ahead and put each end of the panel gasket in, we’ll go back to the middle, push that in, and we’ll smooth it out from there. Now the reason we cut the panel gasket al little bit longer, is because over time it shrinks down. But now that we have a little bit of a longer piece, it will still help fill the gap once that happens.
