80/20: Tips & Tricks - Tool Clearance

Hello, and welcome to 80/20's Tips and Tricks series. Today we'll be taking a look at tool clearance, and why it's an important factor when designing your project. Tool clearance may seem like an obvious aspect to take into account, but as we've seen here at 80/20, sometimes problems don't present themselves until later in a build or until you go to add to a project in the future.

As you can see here we've got a frame started and I can access my first anchor fastener and tighten down just fine with my T-handle. But when we go to add on that second profile, we aren't going to be able to use that T-handle to access our anchor fastener.
