Besides, He also gives the DIFFERENCES between CONSCIOUS and SUBCONSCIOUS : the QUANTITY of our EARNING doesn't depend on the QUANTITY of our STUDY TIMES but instead of the QUALITY of our Study TIMES

That's not what the 80/20 rule is... It means that 20% of the work force is responsible 80% of productivity. You don't magically get vast amounts of knowledge from studying a little if you're part of the 80% of people that barely get any shit done..
