Ingredients:
Camelize sugar put 2 tsp sugar on each mold.
Flan mixture:
Yolks 6 large
Condenses milk 1 can
Evaporated milk 1 can
vanilla 1 tsp
Pwede po kayong gumamit ng 6 whole eggs pero mas madali po mag set pag yolks ang gagamitin.
Chiffon Cake /Mamon
Cake flour 2 cups ( 250 grams)
Sugar 1 /2 cup (100 grams
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt 2 pinch
yolks 8 large (153 grams)
Oil 1/2 cup (120 grams or ml)
Warm milk 1 cup (240 grams or ml)
Vanilla 1 tsp
Note: kung walang Cake flour pwede po kayo gumawa ng sarili nyo. sa isang cup ng all purpose flour tanggalan nyo lang 2 tbsp then palitan nyo ng cornflour or cornstarch 2 tbsp. haloin lang ang salain ng dalawang beses. Or sa 100 grams ng flour add lang kayo ng 20 grams na cornflour.
Meringue:
Eggwhites 8 large (289 grams)
Sugar 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Cream of tartar 1/2 tsp
Toppings:
Sugar and Cheese
Melted butter for brushing ( salted or unsalted)
Baking time Custard mamon: 30 to 35 minutes sa 150°c or hanggang mag golden brown lang sya sa ibabaw. pwede rin kayo gumamit ng toothpick test tusokin nyo lang sya then pag wala nang sumamang batter mixture ibig sabihin luto na sya.
Baking time Cheesy mamon: 18 to 20 minutes 150°c hanggang sa golden brown.
