Sponge cake is a light cake made with eggs, flour and sugar, sometimes leavened with baking powder. Sponge cakes, leavened with beaten eggs, originated during the Renaissance, possibly in Spain.

Mamon recipe
6 pcs egg yolk
170g cake flour(1cup and 2tbsp)
110sugar ( 1/2 cup)
1/2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
1/5cup butter (50g)
1/5cup fresh milk (50ml)
1/2tsp vanilla essence

Merengue
6 pcs egg white
110g cup sugar (1/2cup )
1/4tsp cream of tartar

oh wooow sigurado akong masarap na naman ito, as always!!!! natakam naman ako lalo kasi napanood ko ng buo kung paano mo ito ginawa.
Ang laging ka-cravings mo sa araw-araw, nag-iwan nga pala ulit ako ng 1 basket na berries, pakibalik na lang sa kastilyo ko ang basket.
