Today's workout is a 30 minute run workout called "Diagonals". This can be done on any surface, or field, but preferably a soccer or football field. Diagonals is running from one corner of a soccer or football field, to the opposite corner fast, then jogging across the pitch to start again. Running Diagonals can improve heart and lung health, boost calorie burn, and improving your running speed. Running on a grass field, rather than cement, also helps protect your joints. In this video I go through a quick 30 minute diagonal workout not only to help improve my speed but to burn calories in a short amount of time. This can be done at any level of running with much success.
