Great video! Thanks for sharing. :) I was wondering: do you have any tips for cleaning out the containers/tins/tubes you put the finished product in once the product has been used up?

you are so right about quickly building up the amount. i couldnt imagine the amount you would accumulate, but i have an old butter tub that has already been 3/4 filled.lol luckily i got my sisters and mom into all this good stuff and will be able to share (dump) some of it with them.lol haha. Thank you for another wonderful video! The lipstick messes are my worst enemy.lol i am definitely guna invest in those spats. i have quite a few regular wider ones, but yours look like they clean up with such ease, its magical.lol.

Awesome video! I am definitely using the rice trick from now on! I used to rinse my grinder and use damp paper towels, ehhhh my grinder isn't dead yet so I am glad I found this tutorial. :)

Cleaning this stuff is so difficult. This helps a lot, especially the grinder trick. Now cleaning makeup 💄 brushes would be good too.

here's mine: i keep multiple small, like 1oz, recycled spray bottles, filled with cheap 70% & 91% isopropyl alcohol, around on every surface of my work area, along w/coffeecans, filled w/partially used papertowels..i know that sounds grody, but by that, i mean, like when Marie did that last quik wipe of her grinder? rather than use water, nature's ultimate microbial medium, i would use a clean bit of papertowel, spritzed w/alcohol..not too gnarly, right? well, then it goes into the coffeecan, & is solely used for clean-up duty from then on.Then, if you have a big spill, for example, & you have even somewhat nappy used papertowels, they work exceptionally well for absorbing lg amounts of liquids & i don't feel as guilty for just using them once lightly, or dirtying a towel that'll have to be washed & dried. Also, i keep another bottle of ethanol, w/just a regular screw-cap, just for droppers & pipettes..then, after i use a dropper for making a perfume or doling out drops of an extract, etc., i just submerge the entire thing, up to the bulb, in the ethanol, & squeeze in & out multiple times, fill it, cover the tip w/a finger & shake it upside down to really rinse out the inside of the bulb, & when i'm done, i have this wide toothy picture hanger thing, like a long skinny piece of thin metal, horizontal, that juts out about 1cm from the lip of my table & i just tuck the dropper there to drip-dry..when the ethanol gets too stanky, i use it to clean non-wood table-tops & counters, & change out my bottle for pipettes..Lastly, this isn't really a clean-up hack, just a regular 1..you know those odd little plastic doodads they put in the center of delivery pizza? (something we get all too often @ my house), well, i save those..i think they hold the slices together? they look like mini patio tables or lil' 3-legged claws; these i use to keep a layer of cheesecloth or papertowel or cotton sheeting, suspended above soap or lotion bars that are curing or setting up, so no cloth or paper gets stuck to my stuff, but i also keep the fur from a 3dog house from settling onto the tops of my bars.i've literally got a gazillion more, but this post is already rudely, epically long, so, til next time!Thank you, Marie, for your blog & this channel! You rock!much love, suki
