Thank you for observing that most mothers feel alone. It's so true 👍

Such important points! Thanks for sharing. I totally agree. In addition, the money put into the cosmetic industry (including make-up, cosmetic surgeries, weight-loss products, etc) is more than 570 billion dollars. If that money were instead used to help the poor, women, all on their own, could eliminate hunger and poverty from the face of the earth (requires 'only' 6..6 billion) and could also seriously help eliminate climate change. I love the quote from Baha'u'llah: "Beautify your tongues, O people, with truthfulness, and adorn your souls with the ornament of honesty." so I wrote an a cappella song to it because it doesn't say to beautify and ornament our bodies, but to focus on our thoughts and souls. Of course, physical health is important but being healthy can look different for everyone, and, as you said, it's about moderation, not excess or obsession.

Makes me think of the sentence from Baha'u'llah: "Center your thoughts in the Well-Beloved, rather than in your own selves."

Hahaha I have seen her on Instagram a bunch and was like “wow the name sounds Persian” but had no idea she was a Baha’i or the same person as Munireh Sparrow!
