This is just the best. It really hits a spot that I had for a little while. I wanted to take control of my health and weight so I started working out. For 6 grueling months I did the work and I got the result. I lost 50 pounds and I felt the best I had ever felt. Even others started to notice it but then I got really sick and I stopped. I have been meaning to pick it back up but havent had the motivation since I lost my streak. But this video really helps me realize that I have already won and I have "had the taste of freedom". Now its just time to take control of that freedom I had and make the best of it. Im still not in the best best shape but 260 to 210 is still good. But in the distance, In the light I see 180. I just have to run to it. Thank you for letting me notice that.
