When you go to the page that says "get YouTube premium" with a blue button. Mine says, "offer not available " idk wtf it's talking about.

Actually, my issue was that I already updated my payment because I got a new card. I have tons of money on it and then for some reason on there, and they messed up on their end because I literally updated it the day I got the card. I sent them feedback that it's on their end, but I still updated it anyway for them. I've been sent them a kind of sarcastic reply and said I updated it even though it's on your end told them if they do it again I'm just going to have to find a different platform because that's annoying.

I have attempted to contact Google about my YouTube premium for subscription and they responded initially but then they were unable to resolve my problem. Google has been charging me the fee every month but not deducting my default account of my Google Play balance. And I am unable to get a resolve or get anybody to respond so I'm going to cancel the service until something is resolved. It is very difficult to get a hold of customer support and get any help.

Just cancel your subscription and renew it with same account and pay with your google balance.
