They make the signing up process extremely easy and make the cancellation so difficult

I think it should be a law that they corporations have to alert you before they charge your card for a subscription. The fact that they make signing up so easy, and make canceling so difficult is so scummy. I can't tell you how many times I've had to jump through hoops to cancel a subscription service. Sometimes there's a glitch, and the cancel button isn't even there! It's unbelievable!

Thankyou Trevor - that was very helpful and very simple directions to follow. I signed up to Premium so I could download videos from a friend's channel to make them available on a website but when I clicked on download, it only seemed to put them into a folder in YOUTUBE. If they were actually downloaded to my PC, I have NO idea where Youtube directed them to go. They ain't showing up in DOWNLOADS.

Yes, they make it so easy to sign up. And I spend an hour trying to figure out how to cancel the trial membership. And and you know usually you go straight to a video to figure stuff out. That this time I didn't but, as soon as I watched your video I immediately accomplished this, t y.

YT didn’t give me a choice but to accept this 1 week free premium membership. You know when the screen is just stuck up and you can’t continue unless you press the “continue” button and accept that membership? I was trapped!!! It’s annoying! There’s no way to cancel it like what this video is showing.

This app has never been buggier than it is now. YouTube premium was never worth it even though I was customer for almost two years. All you’re essentially able to do is skip ads and listen to the video with your phone off which is nothing. I hope more people get encouraged to discontinue the service.

I didn't even sign up for this service!! All of a sudden I got a pop-up today that asked me if I wanted to extend my free subscription...FREE SUBSCRIPTION?? TO WHAT??!! All I did was go into my Apps thru Settings and Un-install it...easy - peasy...I hope!🤞
