This is the biggest load of crap! You don't provide any real support for customers who have problems with their purchased YT movies. Your links do NOT go anywhere or just refers you to other third parties and your customer support portal does not help at all. NO matter how you try, you CANNOT get in touch with YouTube support when you need the help with a movie purchase. YOUTUBE needs to do much better than this.

They should let you request a refund for a membership, at least within the first 24 or 48 hours before you have a chance to watch the content. All it took for me was one membership video to realize they were extremely low effort and the creator wasn't putting in any effort to make it something special for members. I'm not even gonna be watching any more videos, and that calls for a well deserved refund.
