do you have to be logged into a vpn all the time when using youtube or just when the youtuber subscription was set up ? in another words, can i cancel my VPN once i`ve completed my youtube subscription ?

Doesn't work any more. I was doing this for a couple years but YouTube now blocks purchases from other countries even if you're using a VPN. I refuse to pay $14/ month so trying to find another way...

I just successfully purchased one year individual plan on Oct 28 2022 in Canada. For others’ information, don’t buy family plan with one month trial, I failed to buy that plan at the step entering billing address for foreign credit card.

It's rare that things like this you see on YouTube actually work. Thank you, I was able to successfully continue using YouTube premium at an extremely low cost. Next time I should watch the entire video though because I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do about the address. It's good thing I came back because I was originally going to come back for a dislike, but I continue to watch was able to successfully make the transaction. Thanks for your help!
