I know a guy, he lives in the fast, but slow lane. Overstressing his system without allowing the progress he has spiritually made. Thus his inner being is enjoying the slow movement of life, while the experience is one of stress. It made sense to me that we need resistance to balance the circuit, but when focusing only on the resistance it stops flowing altogether. I'm 30 and currently in the medium lane.

Mercy, some times in some of these videos, Ester/Abe spends 98% of the time speaking about the negatives, the "what ya don't need to be doing", rather that the *"What the do, where to focus, examples of what the positive thoughts and actions should be."*

*These kind lower energy rather than inspire.*

This one is so repetitive, beating the negative.

I don't understand why they even cut this segment, I encourage the Channel Host to avoid these clips.
