20 Minute Beginner Step Workout & Strength Training | Low impact cardio

In this beginner step workout, you'll improve your cardiovascular health and build lower and upper body strength. The low impact cardio has two sets of five step moves with two strength training breaks.
Here are the five step moves that you'll do twice:
✳️ Toe taps
✳️ Basic Step
✳️ V-Step (Wide-wide, narrow-narrow steps)
✳️ Knee Ups
✳️ Hamstring Curl
Here are the two Upper Body Strength breaks:
✳️ #1: Single Arm Rows
✳️ #2: Bicep Curls
This workout can be done without the step as well. If any of the moves are too much, just march in place or do a move that feels comfortable.
