Awesome job! I like the way you explain those super foods. Make sure all foods you buy are certified organic like flaxseed, chia seeds, honey and hemp seeds. Those your super foods are what I have daily plus blueberry, avocado, green tea, match a green tea, walnut, Gen single, royal jelly, some spice like ginger turmeric and cinnamon.

Great picks some of my favs are def kale in smoothies for dinner all day erday!, goji berries i love too steep in hot water like tea. raw honey, Goldenberries, I tried Bee Pollen but could not that taste was so potent. I might retry it in smoothies cause just eating it was not for me lol, Chia seeds made me so violently ill that I haven't been able to enjoy them again, I did research and a lot of people have had the same reaction where chia turned on them too. I am going to try grinding it in the vitamix and adding to smoothies to see if it makes a difference because i have so much chia.

I adore raw honey. So yummy! My favorite superfood would probably be avocados. Tons of amazing fat, fiber, and it's a great excuse to make lots of yummy guacamole. :)

I LOVE quinoa, I wish I could eat more often but it is just so crazy expensive here in my country! like, a little bag is basicly 30 bucks :s

OH by the way! You should try and intake Coconut Oil Capsules on each food meals you intake, it increases the mentabolism. I might make a video in the near future.

Great video but coconut oil is the opposite of olive oil ....
The heated version has actually more antioxidant than the cold press version...
Cold pressed is still very good though 8 out of 10 ...

You don’t have to keep hemp hearts refrigerated.

avocado salad dressing/chip dip

½ cup cashews 
2 avocados
3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper (can use black pepper I just prefer cayenne)
½ cup mayo
1 garlic clove
¼ onion
¾ cup water
¼ tsp ground cinnamon ( I use ½ tsp of cinnamon and ginger for there anti-inflammatory property's they have since I have swelling in the lower back)
¼ tsp ground ginger

Blend than poor

than add 2 tbs of hemp hearts on top I love them so I add atleast 4 tbsp (stir them in if using for chip dip)

p.s I got the basses of this recipe off you tube just made a few changes to make it even better than it was even just the base was and I was not a fan of avocados before I tried this.
