You can have frozen blueberries easily, since the antioxidants you're looking for don't suffer from the low temperature. Quick note: do not consume garlic before training ; )

I used to put a banana in all my protein shakes, but the shakes felt like they sat in my stomach without digesting for awhile and I suspected it was all the sugar from the banana. One day I read an article that suggested swapping out bananas for avocados…totally changed everything. My favorite shakes are chocolate peanut butter and decaf coffee shakes…I put half an avocado in both and it always takes on the other flavors. Love your channel.
