You may notice the brackets on the front teeth are placed higher than the center of the tooth. We do this in cases to improve what we call the “smile arc.” This will result in the front teeth moving downward in order for more teeth to be displayed on smiling, as well as the edges of the front 6 teeth to follow the curvature of the lower lip.

When i got my braces on they put only the top front teeth row on and then the bottom, and then recently i got the sides in, instead of everything at once. Its cool seeing how other people get their braces in.
