To prevent white spots, focus on keeping the teeth clean during braces. You can use small circular brushing motions with your toothbrush bristles angled 45 degrees towards the bracket, and then 45 degrees towards the gums as well. Do this both above and below the brackets to remove the plaque (fuzzy stuff). We will try to do a video soon to demonstrate.

I know it’s off topic but I have a genetic thing where some of my adult teeth don’t exist and my dentist said that if I don’t get my 12 year teeth by the time of my next appointment they will just pull out the child teeth and let the twelve year old ones puch them in I now have those extra teeth
