Day 70/72 days challenge 🙏😇❤️🧿

🌼Meditate for 10 minutes before sleep
🌼Pray to Radha Rani and then sleep
🌼Sleep by 9:30 pm or 10 pm as you need to have at least 6 hours of sleep to have this schedule work properly for you]

It doesn’t matter if you are a student, working, homemaker anyone can do this schedule and believe me you will definitely see changes in your life physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, more intuitive, gut health will improve, sleep quality will improve and number of positive changes in life.

I have experienced this change to a great extent and have manifested many things which I would only think and dream about in my mind.

(1)Meditation - 4:00 am to 4:20 am
(2)Mala jaap - 4:20 am to 5:00 am
(3)Yog and Pranayama - 5:00 am to 5:30 am
(4)Reading Bhagavad Gita - 5:30 am to 6:00 am
(5)Writing 10 manifestations of your life (depends upon your life)

I assure you that you will see the changes in few days itself.

[For females - If you have periods don’t step back from challenge, you can do meditation, Mala jaap , deep breathing instead of yog and pranayama and ofcourse read Bhagavad Gita if not from book then mobile]
