Hi Kseny! I found your wonderful YouTube Chanel last fall & was doing at least one routine a day until I has a severe heart attack back in April. I'm trying to get back into some sort of routine, but even this gentle routine was a little taxing. Could you please recommend some routines that I might benefit from during recovery? Of course, I'll check with my medical provider before I begin anything. Thank you!
