Mediterranean Herb Salad, Tabouli Salad # Shorts

Refreshing, wholesome, lemony, and so yummy salad that is full of nutrients. I hope you try!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup extra fine bulgur wheat
3 firm Roma tomatoes, very finely chopped
1/2 to 1 English cucumber or just cucumber, finely chopped
2 bunches parsley or mixed of parsley and cilantro, part of the stems removed, washed and well-dried, very finely chopped or food processed
12–15 fresh mint leaves, stems removed, washed, well-dried, very finely chopped or food processed
1/4 of red onion, very finely chopped or just any onion, very finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, grated.
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 Tsps Lemon juice. typically from 2 lemon
1-2 Tsps extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
1. wash and drain fine burlgur wheat and add lemon juice. Set it aside
2. prepare and chop tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion( spring onion can be used instead of red onion)
3. wash, remove stems, and very finely chop or food process herbs
4. add micro grated garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to a bowl of burgur and lemon mixture
5. Combined all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
6. Taste to add more lemon, salt, etc. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes
