⭐️ Tabbouleh - also spelled tabouli - is a tasty and refreshing Levantine parsley and tomato salad. Make it with simple ingredients such as bulgur, lemon juice, scallions, and olive oil.

Serve tabouli as a starter on a platter with other Middle Eastern foods, as a side dish, or make it ahead and bring it to picnics and potlucks.

⭐️ Ingredients
3 packed cups flat-leaf parsley
½ pound tomatoes
¼ cup bulgur
¼ cup mint leaves
5 scallions
2 - 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

My dear try fine bulgur for taboule in smaller amount than quinoa it will give you more flavor of all the vegetables in it

Always rinse quinoa well before cooking to get rid of the bitter saponins which coat the grains of quinoa. Otherwise that bad flavor can ruin your dish. I learned this the hard way!

I prefer to use fermented quinoa, because fermentation for overnight gets rid of lectins.

Food is food. Lol people think they own recipes. It works well with quinoa or bulgur or any other grain or germ people want to use. They are the ones eating it
