The Original Tabbouleh Salad, Lebanese All time Favorite . All yours to ENJOY!!

3 bunch italian parsley fine chopped
3 green onion fine chopped
12 fresh mint leaves chopped
1 cup small diced white onion
3 cup small diced tomatoes
1/4 cup brown burgol #1 soaked in 1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp dried mint
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/3 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
