Sidetable DIY

Many of you guessed correctly in yesterday‘s poll. Im going to make a side table out of these plant pots.
But now I need your help. I can’t decide which tray to use 🫠

Option 1. The contrast and rawness of the wood is a vibe in all the nudes surrounding it. It's warm.

I did this very thing with two planters from the dollar store. Painted them silver and put a plant in the top and I have it outside on the patio. Or if a table is needed I have plenty of topper/trays. So it’s more versatile. ☺️

I like the second one it looks more sturdy the colour adds a bit of something to the room. I'm so going to do this for my lounge area. I'll glue the pots and top down. Great idea! Thank you!

I love project option no. 1 and I adore the music. Summer Is for Falling in Love, a beautiful song by Sarah Kang, is an inspired choice. Congratulations on posting this video, it's lovely! Keep going!

The first one mathes the floor and it is more contrast with the bottom of the table. It is perfect.

Love the 1st version best, but either would be great for a quick end table for my coffee mug. I will use E6000 to glue the 2 pots together and spray paint them, too. Awesome!!

#1 looks perfect. #2 makes it look like a toilet bowl

First one adds more contrast to the piece and the second one is easier on the eye. Both look great i would add some decor on top and see which one you like more then.

Something a tad bigger personally. I think it being the exact same size as the base makes it look cheap

#1, no question. It’s aesthetically more pleasing/eye-catching (the color, contrast, proportions, etc), but imo it’s also more practical bc of its thicker, sturdier shape/design.
