Tips to improve Gut Health:
1. Sleep well
2. Staying Active or Physically fit - Make exercise a part of your life. Use your legs often; MOVE!!
3. Eat home made food - Sasta, Sundar, Tikaau.
4. Diet could include below -
Rice + Ghee + Salt (Lunch/Dinner)
Pumpkin + Dahi + Tadka (Pumpkin Bharit)
Sprouted Matki roasted with Ghee. It can be eaten in various ways. It can even be eaten as Raita/Salad.

Thank you so much Rujuta ji, because of your videos we are able to get so much knowledge of our body and it's functioning from a highly paid popular celebrity dietician who not only talks about high end brands but real Indian stuff, also it's a request to make a detailed video on intermittent fasting and frequent meals which is better since everyone is just talking about intermittent fasting these days saying this was the diet our ancestors use to follow who has such a healthy long life, thank you 🙏

She is spot-on with the gut health and walking connect. Sedentary lifestyle has disturbed digestion like never before and Covid has added to it. Tips for eating simple foods like matki, rice and pumpkin are precious. Fast food fads and processed meals are tasty but not nutritious.
