Easy Breakfast Sandwich Attempt #1 | ONE PAN Ham & Egg HACK SANDWICH

Inspired by Reddit / YouTube videos of HOW TO make an egg hack sandwich I decided to give this a try. Well.. it didn't go perfect but boy was it good!

There will be episode 2 of this coming up VERY SOON with some improvements. So stay tuned!

Ingredients:

Iberico Ham
Toast
Shredded Mozzarella
Salt
Pepper
Knob of Butter
2 eggs
Paprika powder
Garlic Powder

Break the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika and black pepper. Give this mixture a good mix. Take a knob of butter, throw in the pan followed by the egg mixture. Dip the other side of the egg in the mixture and turn around. Let it firm for a while.

Give the bread / egg thing a flip. Add ham and cheese, followed by basil leaves and black pepper. Fold the egg on top of the bread and flip the other side of the bread over the other one.

Now you have a beautiful Sandwich in your hands!
