I always have problems with lunges, off balance, knee turns in, etc. Now with knee issues this will definitely a way I look forward to trying lunges again.

I'm 17 but here I am. I've developped backpain thanks to the quarantine since all I do now is sitting in front of the computer for my classes and homeworks. Hope your videos help me out, you guys seem reliable

I have extreme sarcopenia (loss of muscles). I am 56 and my butt muscles have completely disappeared making it difficult for me to sit on hard surfaces.
Also makes it very hard for me to do the regular squats and lunges.

This excercise was God send. Could you please continue similar beginner level squats for people like who can't do butt building squats because of painful knees

Thanks! When I was young I was a workout fanatic. Then life happened. I sat at a desk too much and didn't take time out for myself. Now I have to do the beginner chair lunges, which I really need to do, so I will. I enjoy your short vids and I'll keep on the lookout for more like this.

I really liked this beginners exercise for lunges because I don’t do them very well, not for any specific physical impairment but only that I’m clumsy! I would love to see more beginners exercises to eventually build upon. It’s just seeing them done safely and correctly by watching you both was really helpful. Thanks Bob and Brad!💕

This is a great idea! I am 70 and having trouble getting up and down to pull weeds in my garden. This looks like it will strengthen the right muscles. Thank you.
