Wow that was intense! As a 69 year young women who loves to kickbox you get it done! I had to modify some moves as I can't do Burpees I get dizzy but I did squat jumps instead! Sweat is pouring off me! I stayed in my zone the whole time. The only thing I would suggest is to show some low impact moves for some of your jumps! Thanks I will be back!💕💪💪
