Viserys wasn't always the cur we saw in the books and show. Until he cracked under the fear and pressure, he was trying his best to be a devoted and protective older brother.

Idk if it was just sympathy... Visery's madness is extremely sad. You can tell in the books just how broken that boy is. People forget that Arys named him heir over Rhaegar before his death, that's a hell of a lot responsibility on a little kid who is watching his family being killed, his mother dying in childbed, and now stuck with a little baby siter he is responsible for while assassins are after them. This boy had to sell his name out for a bit of help being called beggar king while people abused them for attention. Viserys' downfall hurts. He's not targ mad. He is trauma mad.

Viserys is a typical complex character villany character in the world of George RR Martin universe. He is an asshole for treating his sister the way he did but he is equally as sympathetic. He lost his family and everything and grew bitter, angry and greedy and he had no one to tell him any better or any good mentors in life. His characterization in GOT was one-dimensional and i would have love to see a little bit of his sympathetic side as well because his little story is fascinating.

Khal Drogo was a r4pist, and he got a dragon name too. Dany made the best out of being sold to him, and him murdering her annoying brother, but it was a blessing he was out of her life. As vile as Craster.

I hate how the shows portrayed him & I also hate that drogo killed him. He spent his life trying to build back what was taken from him & I wish he could’ve at the least say the dragons be born. He really deserves it after everything he had been through
