Just the basics, but I would like to know why the lines on the tire that are perpendicular to the direction of travel wear unevenly? One side higher than the other. how do you check that and at what point should they be rotated? With that wear, how should the tires be rotated? believe it or know there are still some smart people out here.

I have a question that I hope you can answer! I admittedly did not rotate my tires for almost a Now that I know the importance of regular tire rotation, my question is that since I did NOT rotate my tires for almost a year, should I wait another 10 or so months to rotate my tires to "even" out the time I took to rotate them in the first place, then follow up with regular rotation? Or should I just follow up regular rotation every 5k miles even though I initially took almost a year to rotate them?
