Gurrrl! I have been there! Many years ago in my 20s, I lost 60+ pounds with yoga and pilates, and I was enjoying clothes shopping for the first time in my life, I had the same emotional moment when I put on a dress and didn't want to cry. Now in my 40s I've gained all the weight back+ and I'm getting into the carnivore journey so I can get back to that feeling. I'm SO happy for you! You're doing an amazing job!
