We made this for Thanksgiving! Modified the spice mix a bit to our liking, but it had a wonderful texture. Thank you for the recipe!

I'm thankful for God's love/tender mercies and forgiveness. I'm blessed to be starting a relationship with God again. And thankful for this encouraging Vegan channel of yours, I really enjoy watching all your different recipes you make! I'm thankful for so much that my list would be endless: God's love, mercy and grace through Jesus. I'm thankful for my family, my health, my life, and especially my wonderful son. I'll just leave it at that :)

Shaws still exists? They all disappeared from Connecticut like 10 years.

I love all things coconut, but coconut in my pumpkin pie? Will have to try it before I make up my mind. Does the crust come out flaky? Or is it a bread like crust?

Oh and I'm thankful for the little things In a year with so many natural disasters, I'm thankful that I still have a home to go to, and a job to wake up to every single day.
