She explains that symptoms like gas, bloating, bad breath and constipation and/or diarrhea could all be signs of leaky gut syndrome. She offers tips to help fix leaky gut. Dr. Janine suggests not eating after dark. She advises to avoid snacking between meals. Lastly, Dr. Janine talks about the importance of eating a clean diet for nourishment, not entertainment as so many of us have come to do. She suggests following the 80/20 rule, that you are eating a balanced diet 80% of the time, but allowing for “bad” days 20% of the time.

Very informative channel doc, thanks for all of your teachings. I agree that I shouldn't eat after dark. I think 5:00 PM is a very good dinner time. My only concern is that 5:00 PM is dark outside when it's winter, but sunny during the summer. How do changing seasons affect my diet? I usually go to bed 5 hours after dinner at 10:00 PM, regardless of what season it is.

Help! Can you answer me or comment? I went to see a naturopathic doctor and did a hair analysis testing. I found out I'm deficient in zinc, b1, b16, CoQ10 and other anti-oxidants. It also picked up parasites and post virus markers. I did a stool test but it came out negative. My symptoms are constipation, bloated, stomach pain and noises, dry flaky forehead and itchy scalp and dandruff. I'm taking probiotics and parasite cleansing, b1 and methyl B12 and P5P B6.

Hi i have a question I'd like to ask some help with please. I had a bladder repair and a bowel Repair in January. Ever since then I constantly get a bloated stomach and need in the toilet all the toilet all the time 😢😢😢 It's Start it to make me feel so low in myself xx
