This shows why education is important. If you read human anatomy then you will find maximum chest muscle tension occurs at 90⁰ bending anymore than that will put tension on your shoulder muscles and joint. Your rotatory cuff aren't design to go fully down. You may get a good stretch but it will lead to injury
